What is a chat widget?
A chat window in the corner of your website where shoppers type questions. Scout replies in that window, and your team can step in from the inbox.
Can the chatbot add products to the cart?
Yes. Scout adds the exact variant the shopper chose to their real cart on your store, and removes items when they ask. When they're ready, it shares the cart link.
Can Scout see which product the shopper is looking at?
